Chris Returns to Racing This Week in Tour of Slovenia

Following his serious accident in April, Chris has been working hard to heal and returning to racing form. This week he will returning to racing with Team Lampre-Merida at the Tour of Slovenia, testing his recovery and fitness with four days of exciting racing.

Chris Wins 2013 Vuelta a España!

On September 15th 2013, Chris Horner became the first American to win the Vuelta a España, joining the highest rank of the sport as a Grand Tour Champion. At 41 years of age, Chris is also the oldest Grand Tour winner in history!

Chris Kicks Off 2013 With a Strong 6th Place in Tirreno-Adriatico

With several top ten finishes throughout the week, Chris finishes strong in an incredible field of GC contenders.  Fresh off of the great result, Chris heads off for two more challenging ProTour stage races in Spain, with Volta Ciclista a Catalunya and Vuelta Ciclista al Pais Vasco.

Chris Named to 2012 US Olympic Team!

From USA Cycling, "Following a win at the 2011 Tour of California and second place results at this year’s Tirreno-Adriatico and the Vuelta al País Vasco, Chris Horner (Bend, Ore./RadioShack-Nissan-Trek) will bring experience to the American squad who will be looking for strong leadership in an event which restricts the use of race radios." Chris will join Tyler Farrar, Timmy Duggan, Tejay van Garderen, and Taylor Phinney in representing the USA in the 2012 Olympic Games in London on July 28th.
